The Nir Galim Junction of Highway 41 at the northern end of Ashdo was blocked Thursday afternoon due to a demonstration by disabled people against reforms in spending on their behalf, which they claim won't cover their needs.
Police are directing motorists to alternate routes. Entry to and exit from the city is recommended via Route 4.
