Director-General Shlomo Filber of the Communications Ministry was questioned Thursday morning for the second time at the Israel Securities Authority.
Filber is suspected of committing crimes of integrity and securities offenses in the course of an investigation against Bezeq chairman Shaul Elovitch for the acquisition of the Yes satellite service.
