The Knesset law committee will discuss the seniority system Sunday by which the oldest serving judge in the Supreme Court is automatically appointed as Chief Justice.
Chief Justice Miriam Naor, as well as judges, former justice ministers and Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked who initiated the renewed examination of the system, will participate in the discussion.
