Train service in Haifa was halted on Wednesday due to fear of a gas leak from a train in the Haifa Port area.
The section of tracks north of the Shmona Center Station and south of the Lev Hamifratz station has been shut down. Firefighting teams and inspectors from the Ministry of Environmental Protection are monitoring the leak. There is no danger to the public.
