2 youths were arrested a short time ago by Jerusalem police on suspicion of stealing a cellular phone.
The two allegedly saw a woman talking on her cellphone in a carpark within a shopping center in Givat Shaul and came up to her, robbed her phone and ran away.
Police units which arrived on the scene searched the area and quickly located the youths in their workplace in the area. The two were brought to the Moriah police station for interrogation.
