A caregiver at a nursing home in Ohr Yehudah is in custody in connection with the Monday-evening death of an 80-year-old resident of the home who was transported on Friday to Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer with serious injuries to his body.
Before he died, the victim told police how he had been hit and otherwise abused. Two other caregivers were detained but released.
