An indictment was issued Sunday against Mahmad Raduan Draema, a resident of the village of Tubas in Samaria, on suspicion of involvement in the murder of two policemen, Yehezkel Ramzarker and David Rabinowitz near the town of Massuah in the Jordan Valley in 2009.
An investigation revealed that a unit of three terrorists including Mahmad arrived on the murder scene and during the course of the incident the two policemen were shot dead by one of Mahmad's associates.
