The Ministry of Health has announced the need to boil water for drinking, preparing food, brushing teeth and preparing medicines, until further notice in the communities of Elyakim and Ein HaEmek in the Megiddo Council region, after abnormal results were received in testing for contaminants.
The ministry said the use of various filters or household purification methods is inadequate.
