The PA has recently prevented sick people in Gaza from receiving medical treatment in Israel or Jordan, as part of its power struggle with Hamas, according to Haaretz.
Gaza Arabs who spoke with Haaretz said that the PA has been delaying in recent months the administering of the forms which obligate the PA to aid financially in medical treatments.
The PA denies, however, that there has been a change in its policy.
