Senior members of the PA claimed after the attack in which Hadas Malka HyD(May G-d avenge her blood) was murdered near Damascus Gate that Israel had killed three innocent people.
Hamas claimed responsibility for the attack but the PA still refused to condemn it claiming that "there is no evidence" that the three intended to attack Israelis.
However the Yisrael Hayom newspaper reports that police have a film of the event which clearly shows the terrorists attacking police and soldiers at the scene.
