'Facebook gives a voice to the muted masses'

President Reuven Rivlin on Thursday evening addressed the closing session of the 17th annual Herzliya Conference held by the Institute for Policy and Strategy’s (IPS) at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya.

The President’s remarks dealt with the changes in the perception of democracy over the years, under different leadership, and reviewed these processes around the world with a focus on the Middle East.
