Social workers who care for the elderly declared a labor dispute approved by the Histadrut Labor Federation on Tuesday, claiming a severe workload, in which every social worker treats an average of 500 elderly at the same time, and therefore can give one hour per year to each of them, according to Walla News.
The social workers are also protesting the dismissal of 160 social workers in the field.
