There is a preliminary report of an explosion in the heart of the Tehran, accordign to Maariv.
It comes a day after the double bombing by the Islamic State terror movement in parliament and the Khomeini mausoleum in the south of the Iranian capital, in which 16 people were killed and more than 40 wounded.
