Palestinian Authority cabinet leader Rami Hamdallah said in closed-door discussions that Israeli policy vis-a-vis PA residents in October 2015 prevented a third intifada uprising from erupting, according to Channel 2 Television.
Hamdallah praised Israel for its conduct vis-à-vis the population and attempts to separate the residents from the terrorists.
