The prosecutor submitted an indictment to the Kfar Saba Magistrate's Court against Attorney Amikam Hadar for fraud.
According to the indictment, Hadar, who was arrested last month, collected information from plaintiffs who had hired him, identified weak points, and invented criminal investigations in order to receive money from the clients for presumably working on the fictitious cases.
In total he received around 100 thousand shekels through fraudulent means and intended to receive additional money.
