Turkish authorities detained the spokesman of the pro-Kurdish Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) for insulting police on Friday, a party lawmaker said, according to Reuters.
"Our party spokesman Osman Baydemir has been detained," HDP lawmaker Meral Danis Bestas said.
