The police contacted the State Prosecutor's Office on Wednesday following word of a leaflet distributed to the haredi-religious public, which calls for the killing of soldiers in the Israel Defense Forces.
Upon receiving the permit to open an investigation, the Jerusalem District Commander assigned the investigation to the central investigation unit.
