A 22-year-old Palestinian Authority resident was arrested on suspicion of involvement in a hit-and-run accident in which a 17-year-old boy was killed in Netanya about 10 months ago, according to Yediot Ahronot.
The suspect faces charges of abandonment after injury, conspiracy, car theft and not having a permit to leave the PA. HE was arrested and released in the past as part of an investigation into the accident on suspicion of intentionally causing death.
