At least 103 people have been killed in Sri Lanka as a result of flooding and mudslides caused by monsoon rains, Sri Lanka's government reported.
Nearly 500,000 have been displaced, and 113 have been reported missing.
Military boats and helicopters are aiding the rescue operations.
