The District Labor Court rejected the request by the Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital to issue restraining orders to doctors who are resigning from the Hemato-Oncology Unit, thus paving the way for the doctors to resign.
In another week and a half the doctors resignations will take effect and nine doctors will leave the ward.
