The US Federal court has rejected the appeal by the US administration against the freezing of the restraining order preventing residents of six Muslim states from entering the United States.
The appeal was submitted a second time after President Trump amended the original directive which had been frozen by the court. The judges decision stated that "the directive might violate the US constitution."
