14-year-old Arab arrested with knife at Qalandiya

A 14-year-old Palestinian girl was overpowered as she was walking toward Qalandiya Checkpoint with a knife on Saturday.

Security forces ordered her to stop, but the girl did not obey their repeated instructions and continued to advance toward them. She was walking in a passage designated for vehicles only.

When they noticed she was holding a knife, they carried out the procedure for stopping a suspect and overpowered her. There were no casualties reported, and a knife was indeed found in her possession.
