The Southern District Prosecutor's Office has filed an indictment in the Be'er Sheva Magistrates Court against a 59-year-old Gaza resident, charging her with exploiting an entry permit to accompany her cancer-stricken sister to hospital in Israel to deliver tubes containing explosives she received from a Hamas operative.
The tubes were discovered during a security check at the Erez Crossing on April 19th.
