The ultra left-wing Molad organization has claimed responsibility for the criticisms voiced by the State Comptroller against the task-oriented groups in his annual report issued Tuesday.
The organization, supported by the New Israel Fund, said that it's representatives had met with the Comptroller and presented him with the results of their investigation and this had led to his report.
