Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee chairman Avi Dichter addressed parliamentarians from South America at the Armon Hanatziv viewpoint in southern Jerusalem.
Dichter related to them the history of Jerusalem from the time of the Peel commission's decision to divide the city until the present time and emphasized that "Jerusalem will never return to the '67 lines."
