MK Betzalel Smotrich(Jewish Home) attacked the State Comptroller's report for targeting Torah groups in outlying communities
Smotrich claimed that the report was based on an "amateurish manifesto published by the extreme left-wing organization Molad just two months prior to the start of the Comptroller's investigation."
Smotrich dismissed the Comptroller's criticism as "fabrications" and said that he had simply adopted the "left-wing incitement" against the religious public.
