Charges were submitted to the military court against Malek Hamed, the terrorist who perpetrated the ramming attack on 6th of April in which Elhai Taharlev(HyD) was murdered and another soldier wounded.
Hamed was charged with the murder of Taharlev and attempted murder of the soldier and two other civilians. He was also charged with attempting to murder civilians and soldiers on two previous occasions in the months leading up to the attack. He was also charged for his active membership in the terror organization Hamas.
