IDF forces conduct frequent operations to confiscate weapons and other arms and to prevent the manufacture of arms in the Arab villages in Judea and Samaria.
During coordinated GSS and IDF activity in the Balata refugee camp, three different weapons manufacturing factories were located, confiscated and dismantled. Many weapon parts were also discovered.
Since the beginning of 2017, 23 factories and more than 150 weapons have been seized by the IDF.
