Police and plainclothes detectives entered a synagogue in Kiryat Moshe in Jerusalem Tuesday and presented restraining orders to two youths.

The orders, signed by the Home Front commander, require the youths to report the place where they are living and place further restrictions on them.

Attorney Menashe Yado of the Honenu organization said that "the use of restraining orders should concern every citizen, this unusual step has become the norm. We will fight these orders."
