Education Minister Naftali Bennett responded Tuesday to the speech by Turkish president Erdogan and stated that he had been opposed to the agreement signed between Netanyahu and Erdogan because "national pride is also a part of national power" and "Erdogan is the same Erdogan and will not change his views."
Bennett added that he was in favor of peace negotiations to achieve economic cooperation as this would bring stability to the Middle East, but stated that "Trump wants to reach a comprehensive deal but the details of that deal are not yet known."
