The Knesset's Constitution Law and Justice Committee approved on Tuesday regulations for the implementation of the Law against Terrorism.
The regulations affect the procedures for the declaration of terrorist organizations and terrorist operatives, whether by an internal declaration by the Minister of Defense or by adopting a foreign declaration of a foreign terrorist organization or a foreign terrorist operative by the Ministerial Committee for National Security Affairs.
