Police are investigating the gluing shut of the lock to the home of Knesset Finance Committee Chairman Moshe Gafni in Bnei Brak. The United Torah Judaism Member of Knesset discovered the vandalism Tuesday morning when sought to go out for morning prayers but could not open his door.
Fellow UTJ MK Moshe Eliezer Mozes condemned the act and called it "ruthless". Interviewed by Kol Barama radio, he said, "They still have not burned my door, but these are the same punks who burn garbage cans and traffic lights. The police must bring them to justice."
