The mayor of the city of Manaus in northern Brazil on Monday declared an emergency as authorities deal with a sudden influx of people from Venezuela.
The mayor, Arthur Neto, said hundreds of members of the Warao indigenous group in Venezuela have set up camps in the city of 2 million people.
