PA Football Association, Rajoub violated FIFA ethics?

The International Legal Forum filed a suit on Monday against the Palestinian Authority's Football Association and its chairman Jibril Rajoub for personal violations of the Code of Ethics of soccer's international governing body FIFA, by virtue of his attempt to oust Israel because of clubs based in Judea and Samaria.
