Opposition Leader Yitzhak Herzog, said at the start of his Zionist Union faction meeting that "creating an alternative political bloc is the order of the day."
He explained that the distrust of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu "crosses the right-wing and left-wing camps, and Netanyahu's partners in the government understand every day that passes, more and more, the concrete danger of his continued tenure." He concluded, "We must be prepared for the moment when he will finish his term - and he is close - in which we will have to draw and determine how the state will look the day after Netanyahu."
