Smuggling of NIS 4 million worth of smokes thwarted

An attempt to smuggle thousands of packs of cigarettes and cigars amounting to more than 4 million shekels via giant raft was thwarted Sunday night in Ashdod by the customs authority and police. 2 suspects were arrested for investigation.
