Danny Danon Israel's ambassador to the United Nations, has reacted to video of arch-terrorist Marwan Barghouiti eating by saying “The man who led terror attacks against women and children is now hiding in his cell and breaking the fake strike he claims to lead." Addressing the Jerusalem Post Conference in New York on Sunday, Ambassador Danon continued, "This is yet another example of how this prisoners strike is just a media stunt which seeks to glorify terrorists with blood on their hands."
When asked about the change brought about since US Ambassador Haley assumed her post, Ambassador Danon noted, “The rules of the game have changed at the UN. The Palestinians have lost their home-court advantage.”
