The Defense Ministry will soon begin building a new six-meter-high fence to prevent infiltrations near Rosh Hanikra and Metullah on the Lebanese border, according to Haaretz.
It will resemble barriers built along the Israel-Egypt border, on the Golan Heights and 30 kilometers of the Israeli-Jordanian border. The cost of constructing the fence, nicknamed Hourglass, is estimated at more than 100 million shekels.
