The Ministry of Health has launched an investigation into the incidence of bowel disease in a children's home in Jerusalem.
The investigation revealed that 30 children aged one to two years had been infected for the past week and a half, and one of them had salmonella. According to the ministry's findings, bacteria were found to indicate poor procedures in the kitchen and the director of the shelter was instructed to correct the deficiencies.
