Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely attacked PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas for his visit to Washington.
"Abu Mazen comes to Washington even as he continues to transfer money to the families of terrorists. It's clear to any thinking person that Abu Mazen is not interested in peace. This is proven by Palestinian textbooks and payments to terrorists," she said.
She added, "I categorically reject the false words of Abu Mazen about ending the 'occupation' because the nation of Israel is not occupying his land. We have a 3,000-year-old connection to our land and we will continue to live in it and settle it."
