Three caregivers and the head of a kindergarten have been released to house arrest following police questioning into the choking death of a 3-year-old boy in Kiryat Gat.
A preliminary examination revealed that the children were playing in the yard of the nursery school and apparently sand that entered the toddler's mouth caused him to suffocate.
