Israel's Consul in NY meets Hallel Ariel's mother

The Consul General of Israel in New York, Danny Dayan, met with Rina Ariel, mother of Hallel Ariel who was murdered in her sleep in a terror attack in Kiryat Arba. The Consul described Ariel on Twitter as "an impressive woman, idealistic and determined to do good."
