The bill for the two-week postponement to May 15th of the launch of the new Kan public broadcasting corporation was approved on Tuesday afternoon in its first reading in the Knesset plenum.
The measure now goes to a committee to see if any amendments are needed before the Knesset votes on the final readings of the legislation.
