Public Security Minister of Public Security, Gilad Erdan, inaugurated Tuesday at the "Hodayot" Youth Village, a stable which will be used as a substitute for the import of horses from abroad.

The stable has 14 stalls, nine broodmares and 11 foals born in Israel. With the success of the project and the demand of the Israel Police for seven horses each year, the need to expand the stable to 28 stalls has been established. The second phase will significantly save horse imports from European countries, mainly Belgium and the Netherlands, at a cost of more than NIS 2 million.
