Housing and Construction Minister Yoav Galant and Chinese Deputy Trade Minister Fu Ziying have jointly launched a plan to bring 6,000 Chinese workers to Israel, which was approved Sunday morning at the cabinet meeting.
According to Galant there is a shortage of manpower in the construction industry. "The arrival of 6,000 workers within six months will increase the production capacity of contractors in the building boom that is taking place in Israel.
