Prime Minister Netanyahu participated Thursday in pre-Independence Day ceremonies together with members of the General Staff and Defense Minister Lieberman.
Netanyahu said that "I wish to express my appreciation to you, the Chief of Staff, members of the General Staff and to the IDF for ensuring Israel's future and its safety. These are not minor things - everyone who looks around us and around our world sees the vital role of the IDF. So be strong and brave in your holy mission. Happy Independence Day."
