6.335 million Jews live in Israel, 5.7 million in the US, 460,000 in France, 388,000 in Canada, 290,000 in the UK, 181,000 in Argentina, 180,000 in Russia, 117,000 in Germany and 113,000 in Australia.
The world Jewish population is similar to the Jewish population in 1922. In 1939, on the eve of World War II, there were 16.6 million Jews worldwide and in 1948, 11.5 million Jews were living worldwide.
