Education Minister Naftali Bennett will be the government representative at the 29th March of the Living which will take place Monday at Auschwitz-Birkenau in Poland.
Bennett will lead the march together with the IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eizenkot, Supreme Court Chief Justice Miriam Naor and the director of Yad Vashem, Rabbi Yisrael Meir Lau, himself a survivor of Buchenwald.
12 education ministers from around the world will join Bennett on the march in order to learn how to transmit the memory of the Holocaust and its lessons in the various education systems they represent.
10,000 youths from all over the world will take part in the march, as well as a group of 75 Holocaust survivors and many other participants.
