Attorney Nitzana Darshan-Leitner of the Shurat Hadin organization warns that North Korea supports terror against the State of Israel and that Israelis should be banned from visiting the country due to the lack of diplomatic ties with North Korea.
North Korea has recently opened its borders to Israeli tourism but Israelis are unaware of North Korea's involvement in terror against Israel.
In 1972, North Korea supported the Japanese Red Army(JRA) and the Front for the Liberation of Palestine (FFLP). The two organizations led an attack in Ben Gurion airport which caused the murder of 26 Israelis. More than 80 were wounded in the attack.
In 2006, Hezbollah terrorists kidnapped two Israeli soldiers. The terrorists received their training in North Korean camps and also received weaponry and guidance in tunnel building which they utilized in terror attacks.
Darshan-Leitner warns that since Israel has no diplomatic ties with North Korea, if anything will happen to an Israeli citizen, "we won't be able to do anything."
