A 23-year-old scooter rider has died of injuries suffered after he lost control and overturned for unclear reasons in Umm al-Ghanem in the Lower Galilee, Wednesday evening.
He was evacuated to Ha'emek Hospital in Afula, where he died of his injuries a few hours later.
